LOÉ EMOTIONAL is a house immersed in nature, formed by four pavilions that grew from the preservation of an old wooden shed. Rather than replacing what existed, the project embraces gradual transformation, allowing new spaces to emerge over time as discreet companions to the original structure. The pavilions are dispersed among mature trees and connected by a gallery embedded within a thickened boundary wall. Together they create a sequence of spaces that encourage movement, discovery and changing perceptions of the landscape. The design is guided by the existing natural environment. Trees were preserved and became the main structuring elements of the project, influencing the location, orientation and character of each pavilion. This approach strengthens environmental sustainability while creating comfortable living conditions through shade, natural ventilation and a close relationship with seasonal change. Each pavilion establishes a unique dialogue with nature: timber-clad bedrooms among the trees, a transparent living pavilion beneath a walnut tree, a reflective kitchen immersed in a poplar grove, and a secluded workspace protected by a century-old elm. More than a house, the project explores how architecture can grow respectfully within an existing ecosystem, transforming everyday life into a continuous experience of nature, calm and well-being.
