The UFO-like, donut-shaped structure has two levels: a sunken plaza for seating and a floating promenade. The 16m-diameter viewing platform frames scenic vistas with oval cutouts, while concrete volumes house a cafe, toilets, and storage. The exterior features raised bamboo textures, contrasting with the smooth, abstract interior. Originally intended for seclusion, it quickly became a popular destination for cyclists.
